At DataDrip Solutions (DDS), customer trust is our top priority. Our customers include companies in a variety of industries who trust us with some of their most sensitive information.

We know that customers care deeply about privacy and data security. That’s why DDS gives you ownership and control over your content through simple, powerful tools that allow you to determine where your content will be stored, secure your content in transit and at rest, and manage your access to DDS services and resources for your users.

DDS will continue to monitor the evolving privacy regulatory and legislative landscape to identify changes and determine what tools our customers might need to meet their compliance needs depending upon their applications. We recommend that customers with questions regarding DDS and data protection regulations contact us at support@datadrip.com. Note that DDS is not in the position to provide legal advice and we recommend that customers consult their legal counsel if they have legal questions.

Maintaining customer trust is an ongoing commitment. We strive to inform you of the privacy and data security policies, practices, and technologies we’ve put in place. These commitments include:

  • Access: As a customer, you maintain full control of your content and responsibility for configuring access to DDS services and resources. We provide an advanced set of access, encryption, and logging features to help you do this effectively. We provide APIs for you to configure access control permissions for any of the services you develop or deploy in a DDS environment. We do not access or use your content for any purpose without your consent. We never use your content or derive information from it for marketing or advertising.
  • Storage: You choose the tier of storage you will require.
  • Security: We offer you strong encryption for your content in transit and at rest.
  • Disclosure of customer content: We do not disclose customer information unless we’re required to do so to comply with a legally valid and binding order.

FAQ
Where is my data stored? Is it safe?

Data is stored within the cloud leveraging AWS’s S3 capabilities where security is a top priority. Protecting customer data and having your trust is one of Data Drip’s highest priorities as well. By default, our platform encrypts all customer data at rest and in transit using the most up-to-date security standards. This makes Data Drip a durable, secure, and effortless data warehouse.

Does Datadrip own my data?
No, we do not own your data. You own and control your data.
